Weekly mowing and maintenance of grass from the end of March or the beginning of April, including trimming and edging sidewalks and obstacles, and blowing clippings from concrete surfaces.
Fertilizing
Fertilization six times per growing season, with optional spot treatments to promote proper lawn growth. Customization of lawn treatment plans to accommodate property and family needs is available.
Lawn Aeration
Aeration services to reduce soil compaction and enhance the effectiveness of fertilizers.
Over-Seeding
Over-seeding services following aeration to ensure a healthy and lush lawn.

Hardscaping
Designing, installing, and maintaining walls, walks, and patios using high-quality materials.
Power Washing
Power washing decks, driveways, houses, retaining walls, and fences, with optional sealing services

Bed Care Treatment

Bed Clean-Up
Suggested twice per year to remove debris, leaves, and pine needles from plant beds.

Creation of a clearly defined bed/turf line around all landscaped beds and trees, helping to prevent mulch runoff during thunderstorms.
Mulching
Spreading of mulch in beds and around trees as needed for aesthetic appeal and weed control.

Trimming and Pruning
Trimming and pruning shrubs, plants, and ornamental grasses to maintain shape and health.
Shrubbery Trimming
Trimming of all shrubbery, hedges, and small trees.
